You’re looking for new ways to connect spiritually while healing from trauma, but witchy therapists are hard to find (or don’t disclose their magical life). Casting your own spells feels amazing, but it takes a lot of crafting and planning, and it’d be really nice to relax into ceremony and allow someone to guide your way. When it comes to healing rituals, it can be hard to feel grounded while trying to follow the next steps in your book of shadows, and even with a well-cast spell, it can be difficult to focus enough to truly feel its healing power.

What do I need to bring?
Journal and writing instrument, a comfortable place to sit, and anything that helps set a comforting and soothing space (scented candle, incense, essential oils, weight blanket, squishmellow, some water or tea to sip, a comforting pet). Specific instruction for participating and zoom links are emailed to everyone 24 hours prior.
