Anyone looking for additional trauma recovery skills!  This workshop is helpful for folx wanting to manage triggers, or who are starting trauma therapy, and want to feel more grounded and calm. This is an educational skill building workshop.

What do I need to bring?

Pen and paper, a comfortable place to sit, and anything that helps set a comforting and soothing space (scented candle, incense, essential oils, weight blanket, squishmallow, some water or tea to sip, a comforting pet.
