Anyone looking for healing after trauma!  The trauma coping skills workshop is helpful for people who want to manage triggers, or who are starting trauma therapy, and want to feel more safe and grounded. This is an educational trauma focused skill building workshop.

What do I need to bring?

Pen and paper, a comfortable place to sit, and anything that helps set a comforting and soothing space (scented candle, incense, essential oils, weight blanket, squishmellow, some water or tea to sip, a comforting pet). I will send out all slides and notes so you won’t need to take notes during the trauma skills workshop and can participate in the trauma healing exercises without worry.
